Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients per physician’s orders. Familiarity with a wide array of patient treatments and set-ups. Perform simulation via conventional fluoroscopy simulator and CT simulator. Accurately document treatment information using the record and verify system using both paper charts and EMR. Perform morning quality assurance on treatment and simulation machines. Observe patients’ reactions to treatment and help guide patient through the treatment process. Provide a welcoming and reassuring environment for patients. Perform chart checks and review all patient treatment information prior to treatment. Digitize MLC blocks and fabricate cerrobend blocks. Maintain patient flow in a busy clinic, often seeing 45-50 patients per day.
