Redeye is a Photography network supporting photographers via advice, events, and exhibitions. I am working in collaboration with the programme co-ordinator to develop a new set of events that aim to engage under-represented communities within the arts. Responsible for research and outreach; I research current exhibitions/events and approach artists and organisations to collaborate with. For example, I create and distribute online surveys to generate an audience-first approach to the program development. Came into the organisation as an intern, and was offered a position as a Marketing Officer for the company's Community Program upon completion. Walk the Plank are a non-profit outdoor arts organisation that collaborate with artists and communities to create public art.Responsible for writing and editing content for the online website, social media channels, monthly newsletters and press release toolkits in line with brand guidelines. Commissioned to create BTS footage for multiple arts festivals. From arts workshops for local children, to ocean based festivals, to immersive arts instillations in National Parks, I worked alongside the marketing department to ensure that the marketing content engaged the appropriate audiences, changing the tone of voice, design and posting method to suit the target audience.
