Rachel is one of those rare alums who continues to give back by guest speaking, hiring, and mentoring our students as interns for her firm, and providing marketing projects for the JHU AMA Nest Strategies team to work on. Rachel hired me as an intern at Mill + Co. in the summer of 2021. After the internship ended, I started consistent freelance work for Mill + Co. throughout my final year of college. Rachel created a flexible work environment that allowed me to prioritize my studies and grow my professional skills. When I voiced my interest in copywriting, she opened up opportunities to gain crucial experience in the creative side of the industry. Rachel creates a supportive and trusting work culture for all of her employees and freelancers.
