Whilst Rachel was employed by ADT as a project coordinator it quickly became apparent that Rachels skills far exceeded that of an assistant. Her attention to detail and ability to soak up new information about product Rachel previously had no knowledge off very soon saw Rachel progressing to running her own projects, responsible for JIT deliveries and P&L accounts on each project, with Rachel's help we pushed profit and turnover up by over 45% I would employ Rachel again and would be sure of the same result..
