I've had the great pleasure of working with Rachel for the past 10 years across multiple roles at Media Experts. In her most recent role as Operations Director, she has consistently exceeded expectations and impressed me with her knowledge, work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to not only create, implement, monitor and improve digital media operations processes, but also on educating, training and coaching employees on those processes. A SharePoint expert, Rachel has wore many hats and excelled at operations, systems migrations, and media billing. One quality I admire most about Rachel is her genuine desire to deliver best-in-class operational efficiencies. On many occasions, she has gone out of her way to educate, support and guide me and my team. I can say without a doubt that Rachel has positively impacted my teams and my career.

Rachel was instrumental in getting our Society team at Media Experts off the ground. Her knowledge of billing and administrative processes allowed us to be operational as of day 1. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel for over two years at Media Experts. During that time, we collaborated on two different teams (Society and XPETO). Rachel’s role was to ensure that all back end operations (billing and administrative tasks) were streamlined and functional for our team. Rachel is also a great problem solver. Often times during the beginning phases of Society@ME, we had smaller process issues with the way our team was uploading to our work desk.
