In her most recent role as Operations Director, she has consistently exceeded expectations and impressed me with her knowledge, work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to not only create, implement, monitor and improve digital media operations processes, but also on educating, training and coaching employees on those processes. A SharePoint expert, Rachel has wore many hats and excelled at operations, systems migrations, and media billing. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel for over two years at Media Experts. During that time, we collaborated on two different teams (Society and XPETO). Rachel’s role was to ensure that all back end operations (billing and administrative tasks) were streamlined and functional for our team. Rachel is also a great problem solver.
