  As a project officer for the U.S. Air Force Entertainment Liaison Office I had the opportunity to assist in the development of Hollywood productions through offering guidance to developers who create movies, television programs, and music videos. I worked with producers, directors, script writers as well as other creators in the industry.   As the Deputy Chief of Public Affairs at Buckley AFB, CO I led an office of 14 personnel that was responsible for coordinating all media coverage and responses to national and international inqueries on behalf of the base and 82 tenant units. This coordination included day-to-day activities as well as crisis communication between the base and all those involved in the event of an incident.In addition, I was on the executive council for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce and was responsible for engaging in community relations opportunities, garnering support for the base from local leaders, and engaging in opportunities to build commraderie between the base and the local populace. We also worked directly with Secret Service and the White House Press Office during multiple Presidential visits between June 2011 and November 2012. Show less
