Responsibilities include financial and cash flow planning, income generation through grants and corporate sponsors, management of staff working remotely and development of the company’s training offer. I am responsible for the management of large projects, currently: EU Horizon2020-SPACE-2018 ‘Our Space our Future' (working with eight partners across six countries) and the UKRI Global Challenges Research Fund project ‘Action Against Stunting’ (multiple partners, multidisciplinary research team). I lead the team working on grant and corporate income generation, working with partners on a variety of bids in the UK and internationally, and mentoring junior staff to develop fundraising skills across the company.
