Rachel is one of the few professionals that I have had the pleasure to work with who truly understands the concepts of lean, continuous improvement and what it takes to grow this culture from the ground up. Trained by the best of the best at Toyota she does a fantastic job of implementing that knowledge anywhere she goes. Her former trainers and mentors should be proud.
