  I manage the day-to-day operation of one of Australia's most successful spa franchises.I am required to train, set targets and organise reviews for over forty staff members across the three different locations. I report to the spa owners, help implement new products and treatments and also conduct sales. I liaise daily with head office personnel and help to ensure there is consistent customer experience between the different franchises.
