  An assistant in Dr.Sirot's lab in the department of biology which focuses on Aedes aegypti mosquitos. I have maintained, breed, and orchestrated colony cage of mosquitoes. Along with acquiring laboratory skills such as dissection and micro pipetting. I have co-led experiments on the effectiveness of natural volatiles on mosquito survivability through topical application. As well as assisted past seniors working on a specific seminal fluid protein's impact on mosquito blood feeding behavior. Lastly I have worked remotely making graphics and presentations on topics regarding aspects of mosquito biology
