      Key Duties: •Local and international Sourcing:-Researched to identify product range to stock both local and imports then on boarded qualified vendors on Sendy Supply E-commerce platform; by end of 2021 we had 170 new suppliers on the platform. •End to end supplier relations management;-Negotiated with suppliers to ensure Sendy got the best in terms of pricing, credit terms, exclusive promotions and product listings, consistent stocks supply and timely delivery; on the other hand I ensured suppliers got from Sendy marketing support, product distribution and timely payments as well as support from Sendy fulfillment center. On a daily basis this role involved review supplier accounts performance to ensure that they maintained a growth trajectory and that there were constant discussions on how we could better the already existing performance. Key Outcomes: secured credit terms of averagely 21days with good credit limits which went a long way in regulating cash flows. •Growth and Expansion:-Pioneered the establishment and drove the growth of hardware category on Sendy supply platform. This was a new business line which sought to support local hardware outlets and individual construction projects on demand with a 24hr lead time delivery. Key outcome; - generated gross revenue of Ksh. 200Million, on boarded 25 vendors fulfilled 1500 orders. •Monitoring the look and feel of the customer app;-This was achieved by frequent updates of the products based on new listings and availability, price checks for accuracy and market competitiveness. Key Achievement: the introduction of a promotions banner which had a checking out capability increased the number of clicks for the products featured on the banner by a probability of 9 out of 10 with a sales conversion of 80% for total number of clicks.
