Rachael has truly been an amazing and supportive HR partner at Pratt and Whitney! Supporting the growth in the Engineering group, we partnered effectively to present a unified, seamless Talent Acquisition process targeted to hire top notch talent. She promoted diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment, performance management, leadership assessment, and training. Rachael would be an asset to any organization. I hope to work with her again!

I had the pleasure of working with Rachael for two years during her enrollment at the University of New Haven. The Experiential Graduate Assistant Program at the University was extremely competitive and Rachael was selected from a pool of the "best of the best" as she clearly stood out from the rest. From the start of her program, I was quickly able to see that Rachael has a level of maturity and professionalism that you don't often see until someone is further into their career. Her strongest qualities/skills are: multitasks and prioritizes projects; works well independently as well as part of a collaborative group; requires minimal supervision yet knows when to ask for assistance; uses critical thinking to improve or advance department initiatives; effectively communicates; excellent interpersonal skills. Since her graduation, Rachael and I have remained in touch and I continue to mentor her. Rachael is passionate, dedicated, and goes the extra mile to ensure quality. Her integrity and drive for excellence are apparent to anyone who works with her. I have worked with many individuals over my career and I often have to remind myself that I met Rachael when she was 22 years old. She is by far one of the best colleagues (yes, though she was a graduate assistant by definition) that I've ever had. She's an asset to any organization that is wise enough to bring her onboard. I have no doubt that a long, successful career lies ahead of her and I'm excited to see the next chapter!
