In 2019 I was lucky enough to be contacted by Oxford fashion studio and was offered to join their SS20 fashion show in September in London. The collection I showed was my university graduate collection, with an extra four outfits added for this show. This was an incredible experience and I learnt so much from it, and pushed myself to get the most from myself. I learnt many constructions skills and techniques while creating the new garments, and learnt a lot about how a fashion show on a larger scale runs. I attended multiple meetings, online and in person, as well as the model fittings. Backstage at the show was a great learning experience too, as I realised how fast paced everything moved, and I learnt how to find solutions to unforeseen issues very fast. A link to more details and images of the collection is attached for reference. Show less
