  Improving all aspects of TLA across the Apprenticeship provision.I am currently responsible for 8 apprenticeship areas across the organisation which include Construction, Engineering, Health, Science and Care and the Motor Vehicle Industry. I design and create TLA opportunities for all assessors/teachers/trainers with a vision to improve the Quality of Education across the sector. Monthly impact reports are produced to maintain momentum and uphold quality.I’m addition, I also teach on the Diploma in Teacher Training (years 1 and 2).

In addition I was also a qualified Mentor (NTU) and supported many PGCE students through their course.

  As the manager of a 55 place Day Nursery, situated in Beeston, I was responsible for 15 members of the team and around 40 children per day. My role included, marketing, creating a website, managing invoices, staff holidays, ratio management and the general maintenance of the company.Alongside this, I was responsible for Ofsted visits, staff training, improving the quality of education and care within the setting, policy writing and working alongside other professionals to facilitate meeting the needs of all the children.
