  - 100% of the students on my caseload were successfully admitted into college, and 98% of them are successfully enrolled in a two or four year institution.- Facilitated the Senior Internship Program, which successfully placed 165 students into off-site internship placements in order to gain authentic real world, professional experiences with the goal of helping to materialize career aspirations.- Developed new partnerships with The Chicago Police Department (25th District), Chicago Center for Arts and Technology, Journey's Community Health Center, NAMI Chicago, Herban X Produce, Illinois Tool Works, and Freight to Plate to create vital internship experiences for students who come from underrepresented and excluded backgrounds.- Counseled 40 students through their college application process by helping them develop college lists, edit application essays, complete their Federal Application for Student Financial Aid (FAFSA), and assist them with making their final college or post-secondary decision.- Participated and collaborated in monthly DEI sessions to help drive DEI initiatives in the school and greater charter network; successfully aided in strategic initiative to give every student a Chromebook when lockdown hit and remote learning became mandatory.
