Working as a Garden Centre assistant as Wyevale Garden Centre Weybridge has allowed me to develop interpersonal and customer service skills by interacting with members of the public, as well as the ability to work in fast paced environment.It has allowed me to developed as a person, improving my communication skills and building confidence and independence. My main role included working on the shop floor and tills as well as Undertaking Supervisor roles including refunds and cashing up at the end of the day. The increased responsibility gave me confidence in my own abilities. It has also allowed me to establish exceptional organisational & time management skills by working part time while I studied my A levels and seasonal while completing my degree. Show less
