Rachael is a marketer's PM dream. She is in the top 1% of operations leads I have worked with in my career. From a PM perspective, she is consistently dialed into every moving part of a project, always ready to ask the clarifying questions the team needs, and is able to anticipate and execute on changes to accommodate competing demands and capacities at any moment. And she is able to do all of this while building out processes to better operationalize our whole team. I'm always in awe of how many balls Rachael can juggle at once without dropping any of them. I firmly believe the quality of PM support can make or break a team and Rachael has not disappointed, even through the most tumultuous times and through the most ambiguous projects. She just "gets it," which is a quality you can't teach!
Curtis D. Gallagher
Rachael was the GPILS academic coordinator during the first few years of my graduate program. She was always a pleasure to work with and had great working relationships with all of the students. We appreciated her hard work as a liaison between faculty and students for course material and exams (pre- and post-). I enjoyed working with Rachael and hope that we cross paths in the future.
