I ran my own very successful business for just over seven years. During this time I met with customers on a weekly basis and designed artisan cakes with them for special occasions such as Weddings, birthdays, Communions, Confirmations and Christenings. I baked and decorated these cakes to a very high standard and worked with very close deadlines. I was responsible for managing stock and keeping meticulous records of all incomings and outgoings and I was responsible for submitting my accounts yearly for the purposes of tax. During covid when I was unable to work I wrote and maintained a baking blog online to encourage other new bakers. I provided this service free of charge. On my facebook page there are lots of reviews from very happy customers attesting to the high standards that I always work to. https://rachaelscakesandcupcakes.blogspot.com https://www.facebook.com/rachaelscakesandcupcakesennis/ https://www.instagram.com/rachaelscakesandcupcakes/?hl=en Show less

Serving customers and helping them with their day to day banking transactions in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Processing large and small lodgements and withdrawals on a daily basis. Processing credit card transactions and sales. Balancing my cash register every day and being completely responsible for the cash in my register. Working regularly in the off counter where I dealt with large lodgements and was responsible for the entire safe including contents and time locks. The off counter was responsible for creating floats and taking excess cash from the front counter staff. If any staff member was unable to balance their cash in the evening, the off counter officer would be responsible for helping them to find the difference. Liaising with Brinks and Securicor as they brought and took large amounts of cash to and from the branch on a weekly basis. Providing foreign exchange services to customers. Filling and balancing the ATM on a regular basis and ensuring that it maintained a good operational standard. Administration: Keeping good, organised records of customer information. Balancing banking statements on a daily basis. Contacting debtors on a weekly basis and helping customers to manage their finances in a kind, caring and empathetic manner. Maintaining good knowledge of banking procedures and safety policies by completing monthly security quizzes. Staying up to date on all money laundering procedures. Ensuring the utmost of confidentiality at all times I was and still am very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Show less
