Tribe Marketing; An award-winning marketing agency that creates compelling brand experiences wherever your customers are. Aspects include strategic planning, creative ideas, experiential design, filming and content creation, social media management, logistics, project management, measurement… Whatever it takes to make the experience. I worked on the Coca-Cola account creating interactive experiential campaigns for Diet Coke and the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck. Daily tasks included sourcing and booking site spaces/venues, liaising with site contacts and suppliers, managing budgets, margin control and raising PO’s, evaluating campaign performance and creating sales analysis, managing staff performance and results, producing evaluation reports for clients and maintaining client relationships. The Diet Coke Studio stand at Clothes Show Live 2014 was the place for consumers to go and create their own fashionable Diet Coke bottle by customising it with accessories and uploading to social media channels. The most fashionable bottle voted by the public meant the winner won ASOS vouchers as their prize. The iconic Coca-Cola Christmas Truck toured the nation from the beginning of November to 23rd December, making 45 stops along the way and surprising consumers with a selection of festive treats. It was my job to ensure every stop was logistically planned for successful and magical tour across the country. Show less

      • May 2012 - May 2014

As a Senior Account Executive it was my responsibility to offer a dedicated service to promotional staff and regularly assist clients’ needs for branded events through selection processes and expert knowledge out on the field. The brands I managed on the Nestle Account included Nescafe Dolce Gusto, Nescafe Azera, Nescafe 3in1, Nescafe Gold Crèma as well as other brands such as Gourmet, Western Union, L’Oreal, Coca-Cola, Triumph and Perrier. Managing two Account Executives, Promotional Staff and Client aims of achieving sales, creating brand awareness and looking at the profitability of objectives through experiential events were the tasks I managed on a daily basis. This role incorporated sales-related skills as well as teamwork, organisational and keeping calm. Other duties apart from selecting, booking, assigning, training, briefing, monitoring and evaluating promotional staff, consisted of managing my team, liaising with clients, communicating and negotiating with suppliers, organizing status meetings with senior management for logistical factors, creating budgets, monitoring margin control, raising PO’s journey planning, booking accommodation and travel arrangements as well as recruiting new talent, running castings and debriefs for promotional staff and clients on the live event campaigns. • Jun 2010 - Jun 2011

I worked within the busy field team, supporting the accounts team with the day to day management of nominated client accounts through experiential marketing techniques. This required staffing campaigns with appropriate brand warriors otherwise known as promotional staff, whom have the skills and previous experience to deliver specific desires for the clients in question. I was strongly involved with writing and delivering detailed briefs to the specific brand warriors, advising them of the key brand messages. Some brands I worked on included: Coca-Cola, Nestle brands, Colgate, Bold, Pringles, and Cancer Research UK, La Senza, Hilton Hotels and PlayStation. Due to my hard work and success over the placement period I was nominated and won ‘Employee of the Quarter’ just before the year contract ended where I was rewarded to enjoy an experience worth up to the value of £200.
