I approached Rachael with regards to a personnel requirement we had. We discussed the details on the phone as well as T&C's and before I knew it we were looked after and with the right person for the role too, not just any person/candidate. Rachael listen, took notes, asked questions and was most attentive to our requirement for the specialist role. I appreciated that it was a big ask due to a lack of candidates and Rachael wasted no time filtering through her pipeline of candidates for us. If you are looking for a medical recruiter who is not only efficient but someone who really takes her role to heart and puts it into action and promptly, then I can strongly and I do highly recommend Rachel Buxton. I am not talking about value for money etc. I am talking about quality candidates that FIT the right role, to the "t". Thank you Rachael for your efforts in making our requirement effortless and so much more less stressful, I highly appreciate it!

Miranda Smith Homecare is a boutique agency providing top caregivers for private in-home care for the elderly. My role encompassed the whole client experience from enquiry stage through to carer placement. My days involved in-home client assessments, related administration and placement of carers. I was also continually recruiting new caregivers. My role involved a great deal of discretion, diplomacy and relationship building. This was a generalist recruitment role, recruiting for a variety of (mostly) administrative roles. I pro-actively developed new business as well as servicing an existing client and candidate database. My role involved cold calling, taking job orders, ad writing, screening candidates, interviewing, performing reference and background checks, negotiating contracts and providing HR advice to my clients.
