I have worked with Rachael in the Student Professional Development Center at Elon University. Having only been at Elon for a more than a year, Rachael has gleaned so much knowledge of the various Arts and Sciences majors and minors. She has also built strong connections with the faculty members in the college. However her strongest professional accomplishment is the report she has built with the students she advises. She is a higher education professional that cares deeply for the lives of her students and makes sure to celebrate their victories as well as always being a helping hand when they need it the most. From one on one appointments, to presentations to new initiatives and programming, Rachael is always willing to try something new or improve upon an existing program in order to enhance the student experience. Her dedication to her profession is unmatched and is evident to everyone she works with,
