Rachael just recently began her transition to a Project Management role within Moback. Prior to that Rachael was under my direct supervision for 2 years as an SDR for the Sales Team. While she reported to me, I witnessed Rachael grow dramatically and become increasingly independent over time. She frequently traveled with me all around the Bay Area to learn sales in the field and she took to it like a fish to water. She was quickly able to take the lead role during client meetings and ask qualifying questions. Rachael assumed a large range of sales tasks including Cold Calling, LinkedIn prospecting and E-Mail prospecting. What's more she would initiative in qualifying prospects to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. She has been extremely willing to wear many hats at our small startup office. Rachael frequently took on additional clerical tasks such as managing Office Inventory and coordinating with Vendors. She even helped bolster Moback's physical presence at trade shows. There's many positive things I have to say about Rachael, but if I had to highlight one particular quality of hers it would be her intellectual curiosity and ability to grasp concepts of software development and business to business relations relative to her peers. I've worked with more than one SDR who could not or did not want to learn how the technical aspects of our business. Rachael on the other hand is technically fluent and willing to learn. Rachael's willingness to take on new responsibilities and her interest in software projects on a technical level are among the many reasons I recommended we transition her to Project Management. I am totally confident she will do well. Wherever Rachael goes from here, I would provide a strong recommendation to her work ethic and character.
