  My career at IBEX included working on web-based internal projects from back-end to front-end and most of them followed a hierarchical structure. Created a violation management system by designing a user-friendly workflow which helps the upper hierarchy users to check the violations and initiate the corrective actions and evaluate the end-users. This improved the on-time tracking and proper record coverage of observations and their corrective actions.Worked on a coaching management system whereby any upper hierarchy user can create coaching for their subordinates and train them using a goal-setting technique/parameters and mark them every week. This training management system helped trainers to coach their end-users in an automated way.Worked on pulling reporting data with varying requirements to take up the user effectiveness to the next level.

  Worked there as a MEAN stack developer on their powerful product allowing data scientists to inject data from variant data sources. The tool capability included handling of automated cleansing and transformation of data using different operations. In the end, data was dumped into sinks and visualized through dashboards and API's. Given the data and its type, I had worked on the dashboards by finding out the best possible visualization way and showed it multiple ways. This helped the users to see a large amount of data visually in the best of its illustration. Worked on the registration/payment process of users using proper authentication. This allowed users to get themselves registered and then sign-in and run the product within their trial duration and later switch to the chosen premium package for further use.
