His hands-on approach to coaching all staff, motivational speaking and consulting patients and powerful personality won him the respect of the staff. It was an excellent learning experience as he is a great boss bringing in the perfect balance of professionalism and empathy. He gives an opportunity for growth to everyone by allowing them to be themselves and to work in their own way but is also there to help whenever required. His warmth and kindness sets him apart from the rest along with his simple nature. He makes everyone feel welcomed and I haven’t seen a better command at PR than his. He remembers the littlest of things about people which make their entire experience of interacting with him unique and so fondly memorable.
