  Responsible for both pre and post order activities. I involve making enquiry for bought-out components as per the technical requirement, evaluate, negotiate, placing the order and ensure to collect the same on time. I also submit all the required documents as per the tender requirement to customer, get the approval prior to commencement of manufacturing and take necessary steps to ensure the process is meeting the approved QAP. Also co-ordinate for stage wise inspection and ensure the final inspection is carried out by our customer well in time.
