I have had the pleasure of working with Adrian going on seven years now. In those seven years he has shown his exemplary leadership skills as well as his task oriented management style. Adrian is a focused leader who is able to take a large daunting task and skillfully break it up into smaller easy to accomplish pieces. Adrian has masterfully implemented quality changes into his and his coworkers daily workflow that allows production to be more efficient while also focusing on quality. Adrian prides himself on perfection and at the same time he is humble about his accomplishments. Adrian is a fantastic addition to any leadership team and he will quickly outperform anything I could say about him.
