My clients range from a start up UK chemical company, a private equity fund active in CEE, a Hungarian eis cream retailer and a regional backery company. Key assignments: • Acting as a part time CFO for a UK based chemical start up. The company develops a new recycling technology for the chemical industry with the objective to built a portfolio of licencees. The company received several million euros of financing (grant and convertible loan) from EU funded organisations. The task includes building an accounting and controlling system for the Swedish based pilot plant and the operation, building business plans and budgets for the company and control its execution, reporting to investors and grant providers and assist the team in the new round of fund raising. • Develop an operation controlling system for a backery business acting in the CEE region.   Eurogate Logistics Ltd. A leading independent freight forwarder in the CEE region with operations in 6 countries and ca. €100m revenue (including one in the UK). As Group CFO and Board member, I was responsible for all the finance related activities of the group from controlling to finance and accounting. I was responsible for the full accounting, reporting and financing processes of the Group. We are working in various legislations (eg. UK GAAP, Hungarian Accounting System etc.) and we manage full consolidation in IFRS. I was part of the team forming and implementing Group strategy. I managed several new initiatives and innovations, ranging from launching new country operations, new business lines and products, with development of the business concept, business planning, staffing, execution of plan and reporting. Royal Capital Privately owned holding company with four major business lines: stationary wholesale, financial work out, hotel management, real estate management. The total revenue of the group is ca. €30m with an EBITDA of ca. 6m. The group intends to expand and invest into existing and other industries. As CEO and Board member, I was fully responsible for the entire management of the holding including the investment and divestment activity, strategy and implementation and complete management of the existing investment. Stollwerck (Bonbonetti Kft. today) is the largest Hungarian chocolate manufacturer with ca. €40m turnover.
