There are so many exceptionally wonderful things I could say about Quinn. She plays a significant role in ensuring that the marketing team at Faye has the information necessary to make informed, strategic decisions. And, in general, she is a joy to work with! One of Quinn's greatest strengths lies in marketing analytics and reporting. She provides our team with weekly updates on our metrics and KPIs and consistently identifies specific ways that we can improve our campaign results. She is able to take a bunch of random data and turn it into something that the rest of the marketing team can make sense of. Without Quinn, we would be performing tasks and campaigns without knowing IF they're working well or WHAT makes them work well. Quinn gives us the information we need to make strategic decisions that drive real marketing results (like lead flow and MROI). Outside of being an analytical whiz, Quinn is also one of the most reliable people I have ever worked with. She constantly completes projects before their due dates and always exceeds expectations. I can throw her into basically any project and know that she'll be able to get it done! Quinn is truly an exceptional marketer, employee, and human!

Quinn has been simply magnificent in all areas since our relationship began in April 2018. Quinn has been a varsity athlete studying in the STEM field during her collegiate years. If that is not impressive enough, she has started every one of her NCAA varsity games during her career and was voted program captain for 3 of her 4 years. While handling her outside of the classroom responsibilities, she also excelled in the classroom maintaining an excellent GPA which shows how well her time management skills are and ability to prioritize her responsibilities. She has the maturity of people way beyond her years, yet has the ability to connect with people of different backgrounds, creeds and ages quite seamlessly. She is a world traveler, which has led her to being a true global-thinker. Quinn is a hard working, organizing and passionate person who will do well in whatever field she decides. I am excited to see where her future takes her as it will be bright!
