Quincy has an immeasurable amount of talent and creativity, along with an impressive level of professional and long standing industry experience. He is a strong leader, inspiring and driving excellence among those he manages. And he is a motivator and catalyst in organizations that seek to drive growth and success in their business. He’s a top fashion talent in a rapid and fast paced industry, a great asset, who understands and can straddle the management and developmental requirements of mass, mid level and higher end markets in a multiple range of product categories.

I had the pleasure of working with Quincy for several years. It’s rare in your career to work for an individual who is not only a talented designer but a great leader and a visionary. He recognizes strength within his team and genuinely cares to nurture those strengths and grow both the individuals and the unit. I can honestly say I developed some of my greatest assets while working for Quincy. His ability to turn a presentation into a conversation among equals and convince a diverse group to see things his way is unmatched! He will give you all the tools you need to be a great designer and all the credit in the world when you accomplish your goals. When it comes to the world of fashion and trend, Quincy is leaps and bounds ahead of his contemporaries. He anticipates solutions to problems you might not have even realized yet and constantly challenges you to think differently. As designers, it can be difficult to stay creative, and Quincy is someone who understands the necessity for passion and inspiration in his people. Some things I learned from Quincy: the solution is simple if you let it be. lead without ego and give credit where it is due. the future is now. He's someone you really hope you get the opportunity to work with again some day.

What if designers and creatives had access to actionable data? I envisioned a paradigm shift where the same data relied upon by merchants and other buying partners would be readily available to designers, empowering them to make informed decisions. I sought to unlock the untapped potential of data-driven insights, revealing market shifts and consumer preferences in real-time. Transitioning from my role as a fashion designer, I wholeheartedly embraced a new identity an innovator and creator in the tech world. Here, the significance of data takes center stage, serving as the foundation for any creative endeavor. Even before pen hits paper, concepts are built upon fractions, equations, percentages, and trends. The concept of relying on intuition or non-factual decision-making appears as archaic as the belief in a flat Earth. Yet, despite my immersion in the data-driven tech sphere, I’ve retained my belief in intuition or the “gut” feeling that once guided my fashion design pursuits. The key distinction lies in the evolution of this belief. Today, I am thrilled to introduce FutureThinkNow, a groundbreaking tool specifically designed for designers and creatives. This powerful tool quantifies, analyzes, and effectively transforms their ideas and concepts, augmenting their “gut” instincts with data-backed insights. FutureThinkNow signifies a pivotal milestone in the creative business landscape, as it bridges the gap between creativity and data-driven decision making. It empowers designers to align their vision with market demands, fueling innovation and elevating their design outcomes. In this new era, designers no longer need to rely solely on subjective intuition; instead, they possess a strategic advantage that propels them towards success. Show less
