Quin is an excellent leader. I am writing this as a student with leadership characteristics who was guided, encouraged, empowered and equipped to lead within my capacity as a student emcee at Real Life by Quin. My first interaction with Quin was through missions in Florianópolis, Brazil in 2016. He helped each one of the students feel confident in their own strengths and abilities to connect with other students in Brazil and share the gospel. Since then, I have had the opportunity to serve with Quin as he led the production team at Real Life in 2018 and as he helped plan for One Night Campus throughout 2019-2020. As a whole, I can speak to Quin’s honest desire to encourage and speak to the strengths of the people he is equipping. He is able to delegate responsibility and connect with people naturally, which in turn enables people to work with confidence and diligence. Honestly speaking, I wish there were more leaders like Quin, not just in full time ministry, but in the world. He has definitely made a positive impact on my experience serving and growing as a leader.

I had the privilege of working with Quin in several capacities when I was a member of Cru at Ohio State. He provided great vision, direction, and leadership to our movement's weekly meetings (RealLife), and it was always evident that he truly cared about the team he oversaw by the way he listened to others and sought to know us as people. I also was able to witness his wisdom, attention to detail, and great work ethic in his advisory role when I served as our movement's student body President. Quin is someone who can be counted on to do a job well, and would be a great addition to any team or organization.
