As a the Technical and Quality manager, my role involves: -Designing and simulating filling and feeding systems for cast parts made from different alloys, including Duplex Steels, Stainless Steel, and Hastelloy. -Studying and improving the existing processes to reduce costs while maintaining high product quality. -Serving as a liaison between the technical department and customers to discuss aspects of the final design, redesign, quality specifications, contraction tolerances, heat treatment, and knockouts. -Tracking complex and critical orders to supervise, control, and keep the customers informed about the current status. -Managing suppliers such as pattern makers, machine shops, heat treatment facilities, and metallurgical laboratories to ensure that their requirements are met. -Creating protocols and supervising their implementation to ensure the production process runs smoothly. -Conducting quality inspections, including mechanical and chemical analyses, NDT, and DT, according to customer specifications. -Leading audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. I was responsable to create and document all the steps of the deep drawing metal process while improving the process equipment. I designed and drew all the punches and dies used in the process in a way that the operator could use the equipment smoothly. Additionally, I designed new tools to move the material to the next step of the deep drawing process and improved time efficiency.
