Maintain periodic contact with judges regarding their respective individuals and their progress in DCREP. Assist with the coordination and planning of graduations for participants who have completed the DCREP program Represent DCREP at local community meetings to increase interest in the program. Represent DCREP at meetings to cultivate relationships in an ongoing effort to enhance Re-Entry initiatives with service providers. Conduct outreach on behalf of DCREP Conduct research to find new organizational partners for collaboration Conduct quarterly check-ins with each of the partner programs such as: State Attorney’s Office, the Office of the Public Defender, parole and probation, pre-trial services. Perform case management for probation (supervised/unsupervised) participants. Maintain up-to-date and accurate email correspondence with judge’s with unsupervised probationers, to ensure compliance in designated programs Maintain and manage judge’s status hearings, ensuring updates are provided in a timely manner. Maintain, support and create a mentoring program by data collection and recruiting mentors for participants on unsupervised probation. Enter, track and monitor data within the DCREP designated data collection database. Report agreed upon data on a monthly basis to Living Classrooms Project Serve Director. Maintain and reports applicable statistics regarding programs and client services. Refer participants for additional services as required Keep participants informed of their status and what to expect while in the program Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned which include but are not limited to the following: o Participate in weekly update meetings with Living Classrooms Project Serve Director Refer possible enrollees to available Living Classrooms programs Attend required professional development training through Living Classrooms Submit any time related issues/concerns to the Living Classrooms Project Serve Director Show less
