Quentin is a highly motivated and inspiring individual with a profound gift in all things software. At Glenayre he quickly developed a reputation as the ultimate go-to guy for getting highly complex problems designed and implemented quickly and in the most elegant way. What I've found most refreshing though, is Quentin's innate ability to find his place within a team and gently mentor those around him without stealing the limelight. These traits are what led me to put him in-charge of recruiting and managing the team tasked with building Glenayre's next generation platform layer which resulted in what I would describe as a splendid technical accomplishment.
