I had the privilege to manage and work with Quentin while he was a Consumer Insights Rookie and Marketing Associate Apprentice at The Underground Agency at Haile/US Bank College of Business. At The Agency, Quentin worked on a series of internal marketing, research, and branding projects, both individually as well as a member of a team. His curiosity, zest for learning, work ethic, ability to deal with ambiguity, and time/project management skills were easily noticeable. Throughout his experience with us, he consistently demonstrated an incredible analytical, creative, and leadership potential. What I loved about Quentin most, however, is his honesty, passion for learning, and courage to try new things and embrace failure as means to success. As Yoda said: "Do or do not. There is no try." Quentin lives by it. He had a lasting impact on the Agency and his stories will be seen by hundreds of our future employees (students).

The Underground Agency is a student-operated purpose-driven marketing agency fully integrated into four different college courses at Haile/US Bank College of Business that has been serving clients both in the United States as well as abroad since 2009. The work completed by The Agency has won numerous Pinnacle Awards from the American Marketing Association and, in 2020, it was awarded as The Top 25 Innovation and the Catalyst of Change by AACSB International. As a Marketing Associate Apprentice, I have: • Created and designed client deliverables for The Underground Agency o Analyzed the internal and external analysis including stakeholder and competitive analyses to determine potential growth opportunities for our client o Analyzed the brand equity and brand pyramid for the client o Created a communication strategy • Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to come up with solutions for The Underground Agency problems • Collaborated in a group to create client-deliverables • Create multi-media for their social media pages
