  ♣ Charged with managing the hydrotesting crew to ensure tests were performed safely and completed by specified deadlines. Coordinated with Quality Control to make sure all work was completed within set test parameters.♣ Worked with other Pipefitters as a team flying in spools of varying diameter and schedule for installation between the modules and the plant. Observed proper bolt-up procedure while also becoming proficient at slinging spools of varying shapes and configurations. ♣ Performed field measurements of all future installations while cross-referencing with ISO’s to ensure pipe will fit within tolerances.♣ Operated threading machine to construct small pipe assemblies of 2” and smaller. Dry fitted pipe afterwards before sending assembly to hydrotesting. ♣ Assisted rig welders on an occasional basis with grinding, beveling, and welding of pipe spools.
