      • Conducted a technical and environmental analysis on electrics vehicles for car rental company • Support design and deployment of supply chain monitoring system for major aeronautic company • Analysed international carve-out process and strategy of an industrial conglomerate. Studied impacts on French subsidiary’s operations, finances and resources • Took part in more than 15 commercial proposals requiring: analytical and strategical skills, personal initiatives to build consistent business approach and abilities to adapt to diverse sectors (energy, public institution, media, retail) and needs (organisation and change management, strategy, performance) Show less

    • Engineering Intern
      • Sep 2016 - Feb 2017

      • Continuing improvements of flow and quality. Analysis of transport flow in factory plant and presentation of a new implantation of strategic resources. Analysis of production data to improve quality. Suggestion of tolerances optimisation and quotation modification. • Creation of VBA code to automatically collect and analyse data of heat treatment process. Heat treatment process was based on empirical experimentation to target quotation and was made manually. • Heading analysis of possibility of a robotic deburring process in the SKF factory. Deburring process was manually operated and affected productivity of employees. The main focus was gain of productivity compared to the cost of a new robotic installation. It required creating and simulating a deburring with robotic software to develop a better understanding of problems that could create this new process. Show less

      • Management of dimensional and metallurgical nonconformity on aerospace bearings between SKF plant and VAB. About 10,000 rings are send every year from Falconer to VAB. Because of high precision and price of each part, proposing an alternative manufacturing process to save most of rings from being scrapped is necessary. Analysis takes care of a loss of productivity generated by abnormal rework and I had to manage where and how each part could be saved. During my internship 1.1 million dollars of defective bearings were solved, which represents close to 900 rings. Received honours from SKF Falconer and VAB executive team for this achievement. • Designed scheduling optimisation software for the main production channel in VAB. Old scheduling was only based on due date of different orders. This new program calculated the most efficient schedule to reduce non-used time and respect deliveries orders. This system reduced between 8 and 15% of total production time compared to old process. Show less
