Job Description:• Review & approve all type of quality procedure, material & document submittals like prequalification, method statements and lab reports of various tests.• Review of Project Quality Plan, ITP, Checklists & Project Documentation Procedure.• Verify the ISO 9001-2015, conformance on all factories, manufacturers, vendor qualification, where appropriate.• Conducting an external audits as per ISO (9001-2015) in QMS of contractor, supplier, subcontractor or vendor.• Monitoring & reporting of project non conformances & issue of non conformance requests.• Manage, oversee, monitor & report on the progress of construction work with respect to quality.• Directs the quality control / quality assurance and technical service functions of the entire precast production.• Responsible for assuring the quality of precast production from the factory• Establish project QA/QC Procedure to integrate with programme-wide procedures.• Ensuring that equipment’s in use for measuring and testing are calibrated.• Provide projects weekly & monthly reports in terms of quality.• Establish regular QA/QC Meeting to review QA/QC compliance & formulate action items.• Attend activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure • Approving all independent 3rd party inspection & test agencies employed on the programme.• Be vigilant for upcoming scheduled activities in advance to coordinate with 3rd parties in advance for the activities require testing, Concreting, Asphalt work, soil test etc.• Provide quality training to project team as required.• Check materials delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification• To be more proactive to construction crew for advising to correct the activities this could lead to non‐conformance

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:• To monitor the ongoing Civil activities by implementing the Project Quality Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specific Contract requirements.• Experienced in the mix-design creation and submittal process.• Witnessing, checking the post tensioning of slab (Initial stressing & final stressing)• To coordinate with construction crew for on‐going civil/structural activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, compaction, Field Density Test, concrete pouring, structural steel anchoring etc.• To review the contract document prior to start of construction and prepare a QA plan.• Implement quality control program for a heavy civil construction project.• Address Quality Assurance of buildings and civil works such as dimensional checks/visual inspections for earthworks, civil foundation, structures, buildings and buildings subsystems• Document, monitor, track, and submit all testing and inspection records and data.• Address the day-to-day inspection needs of the assigned areas, monitor quality and maintain relevant documents.• To be more proactive to construction crew for advising to correct the activities this could lead to non‐conformance .• Be vigilant for upcoming scheduled activities in advance to coordinate with 3rd parties in advance for the activities require testing . • Checking the reinforcement of Segments (60Mpa), Beams (50Mpa), Box culvert, Omnia Slab, Toilet Lines, Tunnel, Barrier, White Cement (35Mpa).• Checking the Prestressing of Beams.• Checking the Quality Control of Concrete for Segments (60Mpa), Beams (50Mpa), Box Culvert, Toilet Lines, Barrier, Tunnel, White Cement (35Mpa).• Checking the workability of Concrete.• Checking the Compressive Strength of Concrete Cylinders. • Materials Testing of Coarse Aggregate Like (Sieve Analysis of Coarse Aggregate, Specific Gravity of Coarse Aggregate, Materials Finer than sieve no. 200, Abrasion of Coarse Aggregate, Impact test of Coarse Aggregate, Unit Weight of Coarse Aggregate, Clay Lumps of Coarse Aggregate, Flakiness & Elongation.• Materials Testing of Fine Aggregate Like (Sieve Analysis of Fine Aggregate, Specific Gravity of Fine Aggregate, Sand Equivalent, Organic Impurities of Fine Aggregate, Clay Lumps of Fine Aggregate.• Material Testing of Cement Like (Initial Setting Time, Final Setting Time, Soundness of Cement.• Compaction Factor test, Bulk/Dry Density of Soil/Sand, Core cutter method, Sand Replacement Method, liquid limit, Shrinkage limit, Plastic Limit.• Fineness of Micro Silica.• Sound Knowledge of Quality control of Concrete & Maintaining the Labours. Overall management of Batching Plants.• Checking the Workability of Concrete.• Checking all the incoming Raw Materials Like (Aggregate, Sand, Cement, Micro Silica, Concrete)• Controlling all the activities in the Batching Plant.• Knows the Trouble Shooting of Computer Operating of Batching Plants
