  Grew the visual arts program to include 3D arts and a robust active Art Club. Created curriculum plans for 5 different classes taught throughout the school year. Co-Coordinated the annual VA Fundraiser for 3 years and increased profits and streamlined organization. Collaborated on countless cross-curricular projects and school promotional events. I focused my energy on helping students problem solve through sculpture, understanding the visual world around them through drawing & painting classes.2016-17 - Guided students in creating a 8x8 mural for the Lynn Whitfield Auditorium2017-18 - Guided students in designing and decorating our 40ft Mardi Gras float, Which won the Mid-City award for Best in Show, as well as received recognition from EBR for community involvement.
