Monitor daily field construction operations to ensure compliance with approved Project/s Design Drawings and approved Project/s Quality Plans.

  Major Activity: Doha Metro Track WorkManufacturing Inspection of Pre Cast Slabs segments, at MLPA Pre cast factory  Supervision and arranging all materials for the Pre cast slabs. Arrangement and Transportation of the segments to the yard according to specification. Construction of Heavy mass-spring system as Track bed at Red Line and Green line.  Track slab Inspection and Installation of slabs after Proper marking according to Drawing.  Installation of LWR according to design and adjustment of Track according to Gedo Survey reports.  Installation of Turn out slabs, Turn Out Rails, switches, and Guards Rails etc.  Carrying out pre-Pour Inspections prior to grouting of the Track and Post Pour Inspection after. Supervision of all machines operating on the track.  Ensuring Track geometry as according to design, and gauge & doing shimming where required. Supervising all rails welding including FB weld and Aluminu thermite welding, Grinding (Foot Grinding and Head grinding) and ultrasonic track inspection.  Coordinates all inspections, Monitor the required tests, record all the inspections and tests. Maintaing Welding Tracker properly. Installation of Third Rail at Green Line according to Specifics drawings.  Carrying out all Repair Works of the track, refastening the track, cleaning and doing soundness tests for the HMSS part.  Supervision of foundations liaises with client representative for the conduct of day to day quality related project activities.  Ensuring the works is being carried out in accordance with contract requirements and Method Statement.  Measuring the work done on regular basis and keeping the record.  Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at site.  Evaluate construction methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans.
