The day I met Quadir, I was in the office to keep an eye a contract that was stalling. I grumpily sat across from him in a shared office space and he stood up, introduced himself, and told me what he does for Blackboard. He then proceeded to make high-impact phone calls for the majority of the day. He talked to potentials, in-deal prospects, and current customers like each one was the first call he made that day. I was floored by his top-notch demeanor, professionalism, and business acumen. Quadir is a true professional and as focused as I've ever seen.
