   First point contact of external and internal request regarding marine diesel engines, marine diesel generator sets. Daily supervision and coordination of service engineers, commissioning engineers in marine sector. Warranty handling with high sense of customer-orientation to secure high-quality customer relationship: - First point contact of product warranty claim, which includes all kinds of product issue, including engine, genset operation, monitoring system. - Assign service engineer to handle the case. - Provide service report towards customer after job completed. - Work with Caterpillar for product improvement, claim settlement.  Project commissioning: - Arrange to provide installation guideline and engineers to install, test, and operate the diesel engine, generator. - Coordinate with project team and shipyard to have all CAT units tested and commissioned according to CAT guideline and Class requirement. - Coordinate with Project Manager to make modification of the engine. - Document all CAT engine configurations after commissioning. - Gather all information after commissioning, make report and send recommendation to customer in order to optimize engine performance and engine service life.  Assist sales engineers with all kinds of customer service request regarding to CAT engines.  Assess DBS system; create work order for relative service job. Monitor all open jobs, to ensure all jobs are handled properly within budget. Assess Caterpillar database to identify necessary information regarding product’s system operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustment.
