  Dissertation Advisor: Allon Klein I currently study the effects of cytokine signaling on population dynamics of murine hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. I largely utilize single-cell genomics tools such as scRNAseq to generate hypotheses that we can mechanistically dissect using fluorescence microscopy, multi-parameter flow cytometry and molecular biology in both in vitro and in vivo models.
