Qiong is my former colleague at KTH. We had a wonderful time together as both friends and collaborators. She is a social and gentle person who adds a lot positive energy to the working place. During our collaboration, Qiong has shown herself as an experienced researcher with solid theoretical knowledge and experimental skills. Besides that, she is a good planner and works in a structuralized way which guarantee perfect executions of research plans. I give my warmest recommendations to Qiong.

I have had the pleasure to have gotten Qiong’s acquaintance since 2012. We started the PhD in the Polymeric Materials group at the same time. From the beginning of our careers, I found out she is so professional in terms of academia and teamwork and can lead her PhD project independently. She is so kind, polite, communicative and calm, while she is able to adapt herself remarkably in tough conditions. She was responsible for thermal analysis lab in our department, which I got the responsibility afterwards. She transferred all of the knowledge in a perfect pedagogical way to me, and she also helped me to do my responsibility later. We had two papers in common, and due to her communication skills we have managed to run the projects with exchange students in the most productive way. To me, she has also a good point of view for industrial troubleshooting, and therefore I strongly recommend Qinog for academia and industry in fields of polymers and biocomposites.
