      Develop a transfer learning approach for microbial source tracking.Searched for suitable infant fecal longitudinal dataset, aggregated data into different ontology structures based on sample labels, analyzed the rest of data (query) when infant fecal data at 12 months was chosen as training dataset (source). For infants given birth by both vaginal delivery and c-section, maternal gut microbiota was found to be the major component of infant gut microbiota at 12 months. Run PCoA to support the results.
