I highly recommend Cesar as a Dynatrace AppMon expert. He has a good report with customers, is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and reliable. Cesar knows AppMon inside and out down to the details of creating measures, business transactions, placing sensors, deploying agents, upgrading infrastructure, creating reports/dashboards and diagnosing performance bottlenecks in purepaths and UEM. Cesar is also very knowledgeable and skilled with powershell, windows, linux and ITL processes.
