Few people can claim to have lead the digital transformation of one of the most well know brands in the world - Qaroline is one of the people who can. She planted the seed that would later result in us having spent the past 18 months together while transforming L'Oréal Paris in to a truly digital brand. Her results speak for themselves as the Nordic digital campaigns have placed themselves as Worldwide Best Practice within the L'Oréal family. I know that she will be missed at L'Oréal Paris and Ottoboni, but we wish her continued success at Adidas (who should consider themselves lucky).
