Something about Pyke just brightens up a Zoom call meeting, and I always looked forward to his patient and thoughtful feedback on my designs. Pyke and I worked together on the same UX Design team, developing the resource center for our client’s post-graduate app. I knew I could always rely on Pyke to bring up those questions that sometimes everyone just hasn’t thought of (but really should have). He has a particular knack for making sure the important edge cases are brought up and not left to the wayside. Easy to talk to (and easy to laugh), Pyke was a joy to share a team with. He will be a lovely addition to any UX team, and I would absolutely recommend him for any UX role.

Pyke added so much to our team! He always had a positive presence and brought many insightful questions and ideas to our meetings. He took ownership of his feature and consistently exceeded deadlines on design tasks, going above and beyond to really shape the feature to be very robust. He completed high-fidelity designs, as well as prototyping, in a very short amount of time. It was truly impressive what he accomplished with our time constraints and limited information from the client. The client was thoroughly impressed with his work immediately as well as the ideas that he contributed to the feature, which were also validated by our team's research. Pyke is a methodical designer who sets out to exceed expectations. He was a joy to work with both in terms of his great work ethic, as well as his motivational attitude! The team we worked on together was so incredibly effective and successful because he was a part of it. Any team would be very fortunate to have Pyke among their ranks!
