I worked with Paul during my time at Rolls-Royce both for him and alongside . I can strongly recommend Paul as a dynamic leader, motivated, a pleasure to work with . He has great interpersonal skills across all levels , makes sound business decisions but not afraid to think out of the box . His integrity is second to none and extremely trustworthy. He is agile and can make sound decisions quickly and is very proactive in his approach . He has a proven track record of growing businesses , strategising and taking things forward .

Paul and I worked together at Northrop Grumman on a number of strategic market and product initiatives to grow the international maritime defence business. Drawing on his wide functional knowledge and leadership experience, Paul was always an excellent source of ideas, advice and guidance, delivered in a calm assertive manor. Paul was also a key member of the management team significantly increasing the overall defence business P&L; driving improvements in contract awards, schedule adherence and profitability in highly complex projects and would be a great asset in any leadership team.
