Ik heb Paul leren kennen als een betrokken collega waar je op kunt rekenen. Hij gaat uitdagingen niet uit de weg, maar grijpt ze aan om zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Zo hebben wij verschillende keren samengewerkt aan projecten om ons onderwijs te vernieuwen, bijvoorbeeld door de implementatie van ICT-middelen (Online lesgeven, Virtual-reality in de klas) of door het uitvoeren van onderwijsonderzoek in ons eigen onderwijs. Zijn analytische en zelfkritische vermogen waardeer ik daarbij enorm.

      Started tutoring with the help of StudentsPlus. The buzz created by my tutoring via StudentsPlus resulted in a continuing new clientel since 2011. Up to now I have tutored more than 350 hours spread over 14 students. I mainly guided physics and mathematics. I mainly guided 3 students with dyscalculia with whom I have spend 225 hours. Especially my guidance of a girl with severe dyscalculia stands out. Halfway her freshman year when I started she had a small 3 (out of 10) for mathematics. After 2,5 years and 180 hours together she was able to finish mathematics for once and for all with a decent 5 (out of 10). Show less
