  • Aiding with the set up and roll-out of JIRA for the IT Steering Group to track projects and BaU • Acting as a project support for the Universities Network Infrastructure Refresh Programme. The Programme is Europe’s largest ever network refresh. As Project Support for the programme, I have been involved in requirement gathering and data collection for the programme. • Supported the creation of the Low Level design of the Network Infrastructure Programme using CAD software (Ekohau) • Working with Project Managers to create project roadmaps for CU’s largest Capital programme • Supporting Cardiff University’s incident response team, which involved liaising directly with the COO. The role involved producing reports for Council on the organization response to Covid. Whilst supporting the team I was working very closely with Estates department who were preparing campus in light of the recent Covid restrictions • Project Management framework champion: Active involvement in reviewing the existing Project Management Framework used at the University and part of a working group to re-launch the framework in September 2021 and introduce more Agile methodologies. • Delivered training to colleagues on Cardiff University PM Framework • Assisting the Project Managers with roundtable events to increase stakeholder engagement. • Risk tracking and change control management. • Using MS Project Online to produce reports i.e., highlight reports • Producing reports, project trackers and roadmaps using BI tools • Full ownership of reporting a large-scale transformation programme using a milestone chart that is presented to the University Board on a monthly schedule. • Auditing project gateway checklists and approving for projects to progress to the next stage in the project lifecycle • Ensuring adherence to the governance structure and providing advice and support to PM's • Collating and producing dashboard reports • Participated in project planning and Lessons Learned workshops
